Video Extraction Support: Retrieval of video footage and license plate numbers upon request (license plate reader required). Emergency Response: • Remote support within 24 hours • Onsite support within 48 hours Additional Benefits: • Access to loaner equipment during repairs • Product retraining for staff or board members • 15% discount on non-warranty repair services This is an annual service plan. Payment is billed yearly and must be renewed prior to the renewal date to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
